SLOC Michaelis
has developed the incineration procedures by prominent
leaders from the traditional method. We call these
procedures as the SLOC which means the "Slowed-down
Combustion". The SLOC is the
logical improvement and development utilized in the whole
procedures of the
COMBUSTOR®
It's
the alternative plan for the whole procedures of the
pyrolysis. The impressive results can be found out from
its operation for a few years. The utility of the SLOC can
be achieved from the design of simple blast furnace and
automatic control based on its better combustion and lower
radiation as well as its utility lasts
constantly.
The theory is
simpleness itself. The procedure of
combustion has been decreasing by itself since there is a
big change in combustion chamber, minimum amount of oxygen
combustible materials is reached through the natural
infiltration, disintegration by the SLOC process excluding
the important air left after being used in traditional
method, reinforced drawing, and short period of the heat
generation.
The SLOC
process also has other important characteristic. The air jet
ube fixed in open state between combustion chamber and the
secondary chamber guarantees the strong & balanced
mixture between fuel fas having requrired air for the
combustion. In order to keep the temperature of the
secondary combustion chamber under 850 degrees Celsius,
the perfect combustion is made. When both the generation by
temperature and electrical control is performed in
afterburner, small quantity of energy should be added
after the small generation of
heat.

are equipped with the combined dust catcher and gas fan.
This makes them being independent in
limited place like chimney. In addition, in order to prevent
the increase of dust generated by friction, it elminates
the dust generated in the middle of process and during the
re-charge without
malfunction.

Utilizing the combustion facility
&
heat
Absolutely,
the heating gas is available generated by the secondary
burner and combustor facility for the production of warm
water and air. It's enough
guarantee the combustion for 4 hours by connecting the
regional water rotation system without any difficulties in
the event of the production of warm water and continuous
supplying of water.The warm-water guarantee system has
been developed from the maintenance. And the problem
decreasing the rotating temperature can be solved by simple
method according to the recovery of energy. During the
combustion, the overall combustion system is built up
excluding its dust catcher of dust generated by fuel, and
gas fan in steel structure. In fact, it's
designed throug two reasons. The flow of rotating
materials is reverse against that of fuel with this system.
It's the heat absorption depending on the ratio
of rotation and length of dust, fuel, and gas. Various
types of retrograded facilities, boiler using waste, heat
convertor, and humidifier will be installed as demanded.
